DEC All Grantee Fiscal Training

Please join us for the DEC All Grantee Fiscal Training for FY26-27 on September 10, 2026, from 1:30–2:30 PM.
This training is required for all DEC grantee agencies. Each agency must designate at least one representative to attend. However, all fiscal staff and others involved in managing your DEC grant are encouraged to participate.
The training will cover DEC Fiscal Policies and updated guidance, including:
- Allowable and unallowable expenses
- Required protocols and documentation
- Pre-approvals
- Budget modifications/revisions
- Budget narratives and CMS invoice notes
- Common issues and mistakes to avoid
