FY26/27 Scope Renewal Process
As we prepare for the upcoming fiscal year, all Early Connections partners are required to submit required documents as part of the FY26/27 scope renewal process.

Reporting
At the start of a new fiscal year, all Early Connections partners are required to submit the documents listed below as part of the FY26/27 scope renewal process.
The following requirements must be reviewed and updated for the new fiscal year:
- Your California Attorney General charity registration status is Current
- Your business name on CCSF Vendors file matches your IRS-registered legal name
- You have scheduled time with your PO to review & finalize your SOW
The following requirements must be submitted to your Program Officer for the new fiscal year:
- FY26/27 Budget and Narrative Form
- FY26/27 Performance Measure
- FY26/27 Scope of Work
- FY26/27 List of Other Contracts with City & County of San Francisco
- FY26/27 Cost Allocation Plan
Certificate of Insurance (covering July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027)
