Throughout August, our partners at MCT Technology will be hosting open support office hours for ELFA programs. During these sessions, you can receive one-on-one assistance with:
- Accessing your CareConnect account
- Updating your ELFA profile
- Updating your vacancies
- Finding, responding to, and updating the status of your referral leads
- Resolving any other questions or issues with your account
