In this training we will explore the power of curriculum development and its role in the classroom. We will take a deep dive into what we know and reflect on enhancing/growing our curriculum development skills. Through this training educators will come away with an awareness of state requirements and a deeper understanding of how curriculum reflects the unique and rich culture and community of our classrooms. Please note this series has a Training and PLC Component.

培訓簡介 在本次培訓中，我們將探討課程發展的重要性及其在教室中的角。參與者將反思自己既有的能力，並思考如何進一步提升與拓展課程設計的技巧。透過這次培訓，幼教工作者將能更加了解州(市)政府的相關要求，並加深對課程如何反映學校中獨特而豐富的文化與社群的理解。 請注意，本系列包含培訓和專業學習群組 (PLC)。

En esta capacitación exploramos el poder del desarrollo del currículo y su papel en el aula. Profundizaremos en lo que ya sabemos y reflexionaremos sobre cómo fortalecer y ampliar nuestras habilidades en el desarrollo del currículo. A través de esta capacitación, los educadores obtendrán una mayor conciencia de los requisitos estatales y una comprensión enriquecida de la manera en que el currículo refleja y valora la diversidad cultural y comunitaria que distingue a nuestras aulas.
