Facilitating Professional Learning Communities

Research shows that educators transform their practice when given opportunities to reflect together. Professional Learning Communities provide a framework to turn these reflections into actions that benefit educators, children, families, and communities. This two-part professional development workshop provides the skills and tools needed to successfully facilitate these communities in early childhood contexts.
