STEAM Identity and Sense of Belonging [Count.Play.Explore]- English

Count Play Explore (CPE) is a California statewide initiative that empowers educators, families, and caregivers to support joyful, playful explorations of math, science, and computer science for children from birth through third grade.
· Reflect on their personal identities as STEAM learners and educators.
· Examine how a sense of belonging influences teaching and learning.
· Explore ways identity and belonging impact children’s engagement in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).
· Identify practices that foster equitable and inclusive STEAM experiences for all children infants to 3rd grade.
