The Do No Harm: Waking Up to Your Implicit Bias training invites early childhood professionals to examine how implicit bias can shape expectations, decision-making, relationships, and educational practices. Through self-reflection and dialogue, participants will explore strategies for recognizing unconscious biases and minimizing their impact to create more equitable, culturally responsive, and inclusive learning environments.
